My Story
Hello! my name is Alaia and I am passionate about Stress Management and wellbeing in the corporate world.
Over the last 15 years, while leading teams in Finance & Accounting, I followed my passion to become a Stress Management Certified Coach and provide Coaching and Speaking services for several industries.
I help corporations create a workplace where employees feel balanced and in harmony. I am firmly convinced that it is possible to feel good at work and to have a successful and leading career while still having a body and mind at peace.
I specialize in providing online speaking webinars about Stress Management and supporting overwhelmed corporate workers in finding balance and strength in the new workplaces.

Public speaking about Corporate Wellbeing has been in my agenda for more than 15 years now. I have experience as speaker in several events including one of the biggest university of Slovakia
